What is your favorite and funniest childhood memory?

I was watching Captain Kangaroo once while Mom was washing dishes, and it got really quiet in the living room. She came in to check on me and found me leaning against the side of the TV. She asked me what i was doing, and i told her "exactly what the TV said to do." On the screen were the words "We are experiencing Technical Difficulties. PLEASE STAND BY"
