While visiting my grandmother recently I noticed she has what appears to be mold all over the ceiling?

and the walls! The walls and ceiling are mostly drywall, although there is some paneling on one wall and tile in the shower. We don't have a lot of money to help and I am pregnant right now so unable to do much with that, but am wondering if there is anything fairly inexpensive that can be done? I worry about her health and don't like the idea of her living like this.
