Guy help pleeeeee!!! im a girl...?

ok so theres this guyyy....my friend asked him if he liked me and he said " not really, but shes really funny and has a cute smile" so im like okk...but now ive told her i like him. so she goes back to him and asks him if he told the truth about kinda liking me and he says "ya i was, i like her personality, shes cool and sweet, so ya i kinda like her" so i told my friend that if he really likes me, tell him i like him too. so she tells him and he knows now. but she asked him if he would ask me out and he said he would think about it. so then like 1 day or 2 later she asked again and he says idk but still no real answer, so then she goes up to him and tells him that she can ask me for him and hes like idk well tlk later when shes (me) not around. but i was like 10 feet back so obviously their not doing it right there. but im asking if he really likes me or is her scared or what??? help!
