What should I be feeding my kids?

I have 4 children in daycare/pre-school at Little Rascals. My three year old, Lara, my two year old twins, Madelyn "Madi" and Nicholas "Nick", and my seven week old, Olivia. I also have a four year old, Korey, in pre-school. Can you give me a food schedule for them or about what they should be eating everyday? Please remember... My kids usually eat cold lunches Mon-Fri for I work those days & they go to school/daycare.
