Is This An Example Of A Hispanic Who Has Not Culturally imilated Into U.S Society?

There is a Hispanic girl in my cl who did a report about her vacation trip in Mexico. In her report she mentioned that she felt more culturally at home in Mexico than she does in the United States, even though she was born here in Reno, Nevada there for making her an American.
