Is it possible to be HIV positive after 4 negative rapid tests & 1 neg blood test?

1st test 1 mth after possible contact, 2nd was 3 mths after, 3rd & 4th were 5 mths after and last one was 8 mths after. Didnt kno much about the girl & had unprotected & a few seconds of unprotected l cuz i unknowingly ripped thru the condom as i have done in the past. I feel fine & havent been sick but i always wonder. Plz sum1 help id appreciate it.
