I'm really hard to wake up for school in the mornings. How do i get rid of this problem?

If you are truly concerned that there may be a medical reason behind your not being able to wake up, I would contact your primary care physician and ask to have a sleep study completed. It could be a hormonal imbalance. Until then, I would recommend going to bed an hour earlier, exercising earlier in the day (at least three hours before bedtime), eating a healthy diet that does not include a lot of stimulants like caffeine, and making sure that you leave your curtains open so that sunlight can make it into your room and alert your body that it is time to wake up.
