I am 42yr old woman, Should I date younger or older then my age?

I have 2 children, 14 and 15yrs. I am in pretty great shape, healthy, still got all my teeth and hair, lol. and enjoy clic rock. ok short of sounding like a personals add. I need to know about the new 'Dating Game" and what to expect from a man, and what age should he be.
