Apparently "TNA is about to change forever" Dixie Carter says.?

That isn't the first and it surely won't be the last time we hear that same statement from TNA. Hogan, Bischoff, and Carter have stated that at least once since they've been in TNA and it has always been a failure (TNA Monday Night Move for example). From what I've heard, the "surprise" is said to be either Paul Heyman or Kevin Sullivan, both who wouldn't do much to change TNA "forever."
